Halloween 2015

This was the first year that I didn't sew or at least create costumes for the kids. This school year started with a bang and we have been full steam ahead since September. There just aren't enough hours in the day to sit down and sew costumes and it can become very costly with all of the materials needed. So, this year I decided to take the kids to the Goodwill and let them pick out their own costumes. This idea was a big hit! Knox picked out a knight costume, Trig grabbed a triceratops, they decided that Aidy needed to be a princess so a Tinkberbell costume worked for her, and Griff wanted to be something ghoulish. When all was said and done we spent $30 and everyone was more than happy with what they found. It was a win-win!
