Christmas 2014

The season started out with our Christmas tree hunt. We traveled to 2 different u-cut locations. Wintergreen Tree Farm is about 20 minutes from home and we thought we would fine the perfect tree there. Unfortunately there were very few trees to choose from and after about 45 minutes we decided that we would go to Reed's which is only 3 minutes from home. It only took about 5 minutes to find our tree. Next year we know where we are going!

Christmas Eve was spent with the Vaughns at Russ and Maggie's house. Papa and Nana were in town from Arizona so the kids got to spend some time with them too.

The kids slept until 8am on Christmas morning. It was so much fun to see their faces and they came down the stairs. Christmas is so much more fun when you have children! The kids liked their gifts and spent the day playing with their new goodies.

The boys got a tent complete with sleeping bags and a lantern.

Pumpkin Patch Trip and Halloween

We visited "The Farm at Swan Trails" to pick out pumpkins with Knox's pre-school class.
